Play Cloths Holiday 2013: Delivery 1

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

“Maintaining an unconventional take on modern streetwear is Play Cloths, who has recently released the first installment of its goods for Holiday 2013. Splitting the release into three capsules, the brand unveils a colorful, diverse collection inspired by sportswear, traditional Norwegian patterning, and even gothic interiors. Accordingly, Play Cloths utilizes patterns such as Jacquard stripes and floral patterning on sweaters and casual shirts, contrasting them with cathedral-inspired prints across T-shirts and other staples. The color palette relies on dark hues – burgundy, grey, and beige – to execute the collection, yet also offsets these colors with the occasional bright splash. The Play Cloths Holiday 2013 collection is available at retailers now and will launch on the brand’s website November 12.”

Herschel Supply Co. x New Balance 2013 Fall Collection

Herschel Supply Co. x New Balance is at it again with another sick ass collaboration! Check the pictures out in the above gallery and let  us know what you think.

“Following from Herschel Supply Co. x New Balance‘s first collaboration in spring — which saw bold iterations on the H710 hiking boot and 420 running shoe — comes the Fall 2013 collection. Employing both staples’ street-ready aesthetics onto the same sneakers, we see the flaunt of three new colorways alongside a bag range. Once again implementing acute fabrics seen on Herschel Supply Co. bags — ripstop nylon, textured suede and reflective tape — alongside engaging paisley print at its inner lining. Meanwhile, the bags further mirror the sneakers in fabric design, alongside additional shoe pockets at the rear.  Marrying both brands’ outdoor and athletic-inspired motifs, the 2013 fall collection is another celebrated hallmark that’s both stylish and practical.”
